1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with ResumeSquad, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and ResumeSquad.

2Description of Service

ResumeSquad provides an AI-powered resume building platform that helps users create professional resumes and cover letters using artificial intelligence algorithms (the "Service").

3User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

4User Content

You retain all rights to the personal data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant ResumeSquad a license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

5Payment and Refunds

  • The Service may offer both free and paid features.
  • Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription or one-time basis.
  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial months of service.

6Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. All of your content will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.

ResumeSquad, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time, particularly for violation of these Terms.

7Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResumeSquad, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
