Refund Policy

ResumeSquad relies on high-tier proprietary autonomous agents. To maintain sustainable infrastructure for all users, we enforce a strict refund policy centered around LLM compute consumption.

01Irreversible Compute Costs

Execution Units (credits) already consumed by the 11-Role AI Workforce cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as these represent irreversible API compute costs incurred immediately upon request execution.

02Eligibility for Unused Credits

Unused Execution Units may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If you have purchased a bulk execution pack and decide you no longer wish to deploy the AI workforce, you may request a refund for the prorated amount of remaining, strictly unused credits within the 14-day window.

03Payment Gateway & Processing Returns

All eligible refunds are processed completely back to the original payment method via our registered Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). Depending on your banking institution, completed refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or in other currencies.

04Contact & Verification

To initiate a refund request for unused credits, please contact our automated support at support@resumesquad.cc from the email address registered to your active session. Include your original invoice number matching your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
